: Annoying Messages
You know that your mobile number has been distributed to third parties when you get those annoying NYE Party/Get 20% off gold purchases etc SMSs. I started receiving the NYE messages from different hotels and clubs 2 weeks ago and they still continue- like WTF. GET LOST! I don’t even read those SMSs! I read the first few words to see if it’s a significant message and then immediately hit delete. Buzz off!
So annoying.
In other news, my Blackberry Curve 8900 is acting up. When I’m replying or typing in a message or randomly going through my reminder list, the phone does a black screen on me. It appears to be switched off (when it isn’t). No matter how many buttons I hit, the phone doesn’t come alive (similar to when a computer freezes). Then after a minute or so, the screen I was last on appears. I’ve asked a couple of people if they experienced the same thing and I’ve got varying answers: “It happens when I play large music files”, “It happens when I use my phone a LOT”…none of these is what I do. My phone is new- not even a month old!
Anyone else experiencing the same?
