: Christmas 2009
I love Christmas. I love decorating for Christmas. I love Christmas food. I love wrapping Christmas presents. And I love writing Christmas cards (yes, all 25 of them written by hand).
Last night I put up my Christmas tree, after wrestling with the Christmas lights for what felt like an eternity (why is it that the Christmas lights always end up in a tangled mess?).
This year’s inspiration: A coffee mug from Starbucks.
This year’s colour theme: red and silver – an interesting twist on the traditional red and gold colour theme of Christmas.
Also on the tree this year, olive wood ornaments that I bought in Jerusalem last weekend.
Funnily enough, a package of Christmas presents from my parents arrived, and the wrapping paper coordinates really well with my colour choice for this year.
